Refund Policy: Clothes/Shoes: If you are not entirely satisfied with the in stock products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unwashed, unused and with the original packaging and proof of purchase. You will be responsible for any postage costs incurred. You have 7 days to notify us of any damage

Photos/Colour/Trims: We make every effort to correctly display the colours of the products that appear on our website. However the actual colours you see depend on your device and we can not be held responsible for the difference in colour. Trims: On our handmade brands trims may vary from these shown. Sizes: Also sizes on measurements are approx and do differ on brands. Please email us for more info as we can not be held responsible for any size discrepancies
Shoes: Please make sure that when you try them on, it is on a mat or carpet
Socks & tights: Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons will able unable to offer refunds on any socks or tights unless the product is faulty. Hair accessories: Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons will able unable to offer refunds on any hair accessories unless the product is faulty. You are responsible at all times for the supervision of your child whilst wearing any hair accessories, bonnets, clips etc.
Payment Plans: You are responsible for making your weekly payments and keeping up to date with them in order to stay on your payment plan, otherwise you will lose your deposit and any payments made.
Pre-orders: On pre-orders we do not exchanges or refunds
International orders: You are responsible for any local taxes that need to be paid
Returns exceptions: Any merchandise that has been used, altered or worn will not be accepted for return or refund and sales item returns we only offer a credit note or exchange. On pre-orders, handmade and payment plans we do not exchanges or refunds please be sure of sizes before you order.
We are a GB VAT registered business 271106437 and charges zero VAT as per HRMC guidelines

How to return an item
Please e-mail sales@rubysbowtique.co.uk to request a refund and state your reason for the return.
Post your return goods with your proof of purchase to:

Payment Plans: To start your payment plan online please add your items to the basket and in the coupon box use code PAYMENTPLAN

This will reduce the total by 75% which will leave you 25% deposit to pay plus postage. We will then contact you by email to set your payment plan over 6 or 8 weeks. Each week you will receive an invoice by email. You can pay this with card or PayPal You will also receive a text, so please include your number on your order. If you fail to make any weekly payments you will lose your deposit and any payments made, unless you have contacted us. There are no refunds or exchanges on payment plans
